Hi there,
I got a virgin media SIM a few months ago. I've downloaded the my 02 app and registeres. But when I try and login through the app it says "my 02 isn't available to you yet". It suggests logging in through the web browser which I did succcessfully.
Need advice please.

Try deleting and reinstalling the app, otherwise message O2 on Social Media. Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
