My O2 Not Working Soon After a Port?

My number just ported over to O2 within the last hour.  I have tried to log in to My O2 using the web app (https://mymobile.o2.co.uk) but I am getting a 500 error "It looks like something's gone wrong" message.

 

In the app on my phone, I can log in, but the blue bar near the top of the app just keeps spinning across the width of the screen, and nothing updates on the main page.

 

Does it take a little longer for My O2 to start working?  Or is there another issue?

You need to give it 24 hours to update.

If still not working after that, if you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
