I have used the My O2 app for years now with no issue, however in the last two months it has been the single most infuriating app on my device with NO help on resolving the issue.
Everytime I attempt to log into the app it produces the error "Something went wrong." despite the fact I have had my account for the last several years. Why is this? Why is the support so substandard on getting this resolved that it LOOPS ME BACK TO THE VERY APP I CANNOT LOGIN TO??
Frankly if this continues I am going to switch network as I am pay as you go and this issue constantly happens now that I lose out on my data roll over.

You don't say what type of phone
If Android
Go to Settings, tap Application manager (or Apps), choose My O2 app, tap Force stop and then Clear cache. Try the app again, and if it still doesn't work, repeat the steps and tap Clear data.
Further to that try uninstalling the app and then doing a fresh install
