Did you try and do it via the phones app store or the websites? If it is via the phone try looking at your region settings and the date and time. I have had this problem after resetting phones and using the app store.

I tried with both... adn I'm set to UK on my region settings.

Just had a phone swap anyway (on a wifi issue!!) so maybe this will work now???

Any other ideas though would be gratefully received!!

🙂

It's a great app and it's very rare these days for me to have to sign in online to check something that isn't available via the app.

It does need a useful Live Tile - a "flip" tile with balance of data allowance vs Minutes used or txts remaining.  That would pretty much complete the picture for me.

If you have more than one mobile number registered to your O2 account, just tap the phone number showing in the top-right of the app screen to select the relevant number 😉

Just missing the Battery/WiFi/Location/Network shortcuts which you could pin to your Start screen 😢. I know there are apps out there, but they are more cumbersome than those which O2 used to provide.

P.S. I came to this forum via O2's website: maybe a link via an O2 app could be added?
