Hi I’m currently on a tariff with you guys but I no longer want this and I would like to move to a different network would you please be able to help me with this also would I have to change my number if I was moving network thanks Dawn

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself. However here is the info you require.
You can get a PAC from O2 to give to a new supplier in order to move your number.
* Be aware if you are not out of your minimum contract time there will be a leaving fee
