Keep trying to long on to my 02 app but keeps saying oops some thing went wrong please try again later been doing it all day has any one else having this problem

@Stuart There have been issues with it recently but they all seem to sort themselves out after a few hours. Have you tried deleting the app & reinstalling it? Turn your phone on & off again too

Not working when abroad either currently.

my app has been giving me an erorr for a while. i am now in the USA.

There is some success reported when abroad if you use a UK VPN, eg tunnel bear. Not conclusive though, sorry.

 

If urgent, use the phones web browser?
