Missing field for security code entry on O2 web site

Recently joined O2 and have had some issues with ids and passwords for the O2 web site. This has resulted in a number of instances where the O2 site wants me to enter the security code texted to the mobile phone.

The security code comes through ok on the phone, but the web page displayed by the O2 site doesn't appear to offer anywhere to type it in!

I'm running Firefox on a Mac. Anyone had a similar problem or found a resolution? Or has O2 acknowledged this as a known error?

Try a different browser.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I know I can try different browsers, changing browser settings, etc. etc. but - quite frankly - life is too short!

I was hoping to get a feel for whether this is a common experience and (ideally) get confirmation of whether O2 has this on a Known Error Log.
