I ordered a sim on 4th August and it says it was dispatched on 5th August and it says order complete but I haven’t received the sim ?
can you track this order too see where it is please

If it is a sim only deal then Royal Fail will have lost the sim card, and as @Bambino has said you will need to contact o2 to get a replacement sent out.
There is no tracking on sims...
