Manage Tariff tab not loading

My PAYG rolling plan has deactivated itself (I am unsure why; I received an email stating this shortly before my monthly plan was due to end). Now, I am trying to reactivate my Rolling plan, but every time I attempt to activate it or click 'Manage Tariff', the page doesn't load and returns to the Home page (I have tried both on the app and in the browser).
Currently, as it is, I cannot change or set a plan and therefore not really use my O2 SIM card.
Any suggestions?

@Marideca

You need to contact O2.

Message them on Social Media. Facebook or Instagram https://www.o2.co.uk/abouto2/social-media or give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (contract) 4445 or 0344 8090222 (PAYG)

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Did you have any luck with this? My daughters has done the same. Ive been in touch with o2 and they have said they can't do anything, however they have added a data bolt on for her so she can still use her internet/make calls send messages via WhatsApp. But other than that they just said there is a problem with the rolling plans and they don't know when it will be fixed.

Seems a common problem at the moment.

O2 have made changes and as usual created problems they don't seem to know how to fix.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It's about time o2 tried to fix the minor problem and depending on who you get at the end of the phone their customer service is not that great. Yesterday was the second time I had to phone them about a problem they had fixed that had come back.

Seems fixed now but problem seems to come back just after they take my rolling plan payment. Hopefully it will be fully fixed this time and I will not have to contact o2 again next month.

All worked mostly fine before o2 started making changes to their rolling plan system and the new look My o2 a month or so ago.

To be honest there a 30 day plans out there with other networks which may be more advantageous than the rolling plan
