I upgrade my O2 and gave my old phone to my son, he  put the wong code too many times ,  and now the phone is asking for a MCK code,    please can i have it , i also need a network unlock code

The MCK will unlock the phone so no need for both.

You'll need help from @RafaC or @lewys-gp for that.

I just saw that a got the network  unlock code on my email. But it doesn't work work . 

Guess just habe to be patience and wait for @RafaC.

Hello, Can someone please, please help me? I have been trying to get an MCK code from O2 for nearly 3 weeks. I own my phone outright which I bought from O2 brand new, it's a Samsung S9 plus. I am now anting to give it to my Nan but we entered the sim unlock code wrong and now it is asking for an MCK code. i have spoken to a dozen people at O2 and the complaint got escalated and I was told to wait 7 days for the code then they sent the sim unlock code to me again!!! We are losing our minds here, please help.
