I put my log in details correctly and get told I’m being sent a code. Code doesn’t arrive so I click the “send again” link. No codes arrive within a REASONABLE time of waiting (I’m not sitting and waiting for a code for 30 mins as I’ve not lost my mind). Eventually I’m not able to request a new code. Eventually all the codes come through but are now useless as I’m no longer able to request or enter any codes. All “chat” links for support are broken and I don’t have time to call a support number (if I manage to find one) and wait an hour to get through. Anyone know how long I have to wait to request another code ? Why have they gotten rid of live chat ?
