I'm not sure if this will help customers but you can access the old legacy system even if you are on the new 360
For those who are able to sign into My O2 on 360 see below
From here I can see all my older bills and my previous device plan
All my older bills were VAT invoices so I could if I needed to, simply download them
As I say this may help some customers

As Mark Twain famously commented, there are "lies, damned lies and statistics". By virtue of extrapolation that, on reflection, was based on inappropriate foundations, I introduced "millions" into the conversation.
