Just tried to check my credit on My O2 app and its not asking for a pin but to login. When I try it says its not available to me. When I login in online, it says I don't have any products or services with this account ... I topped-up yesterday. Sometimes the page shows "It looks like something's gone wrong".

Apart from it being a pain, my PAYG is due to renew in a couple of days; having only recently setup this new number after some previous problems (see past post), I'm not that happy at the moment. Originally moved over from Vodaphone because they were a nightmare; now O2 seem to be having similar annoyances.

As usual, any info would be a help.

If it continues to play up, get O2 to reset your account for you.

Probably needs an account reset.

You'll need to call 4445 or message on the social media channels.

Just tried the app again, still had to login, but this time it allowed me to put my pin in. Seems to be working again. May have been a general glitch? Seems to be be okay now.

Still a little frustrating. Thanks again for the reply/help @MI5 👍
