I got a text saying final bill was produced, the amount looks wrong. How on earth can I see it? MyO2 app says not a customer, login to myo2 on a web page and it shows nothing. This is pretty rubbish.

As you can't see it via My O2 you need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions or query bills etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
