I ordered a replacement phone was not told that it was just the phone nothing else so I packed everything from my damaged phone up and give it to Dpd with out realizing I was not bent to do that I was not told not to do that I called and they told me my box and everything is gone if the listen to the calls to find I was not told I will be compensated but what if I want to sell my phone in the future with no box or anything ?

You can still sell the phone unboxed though it might put buyers off.

I can't see you getting another box from anywhere so it's a matter of just accepting that it's gone now.
