Hi there

I was a Giffgaff sim user, subscribed data plan 10GBP for 20GB; and I newly joined Virgin Media boardband service.

 

I was told to be eligible to an upgrade of my mobile data plan to O2, with a discounted price for the same data plan, keeping my old number (ended 8258).

 

While I received a new SIM card, and I found my data plan for O2 is actually 15GBP for 30GB, with different phone number; while my Giffgaff number has been further upgraded to 10GBP for 40GB.

 

As I was told there is a 14 days cold down period for the O2 Data Plan.

I would like to 

1 - Cancel the O2 Data Plan service, or

2 - Confirm the upgraded plan which is comparable to my Giffgaff data plan
