Hey O2
I want to swap my existing sim with esim. Trying to find how to do it in the app. I found some articles that it's possible but can't find any menu item regarding this in the app

See screenshot.
Go to replace your sim first, choose esim and technology change as the reason, then install esim.

I don't have the "Replace your sim" option. Why would that be?

O2 have now removed the option, apparently due to fraud ???
You now need to do the impossible and contact O2 by phone to request one. They will then push it to your MyO2 to install, as long as you are signed in, because if not they will send a verification text to the sim they have just switched off!
Much easier to go in store with photo ID or just stay with the much less hassle of a plastic sim.

Why do you want to switch to an eSIM @Redangel ?
If you search this forum, you will find that subscribers regularly have issues with them and the advice is generally to avoid them. If you have a genuine need for one then that is different, but I would think carefully about moving to an eSIM purely out of choice. 👍
