I am on holiday in Dubai and I have been unable to get signal since I landed. I cannot log into my O2 account because I cannot verify myself via text. Please can this be sorted as soon as possible.

This is not customer services and nor we can access your account.. a few things to try..
Manually select a Mobile Network
Turn off 5G and just roam on 4G
