I have called O2 6 times in the last 3 hours to try and pay my bill but the call keeps dropping

I have called O2 6 times in this morning alone to try and pay my remaining bill for my disconnected phone but the call keeps dropping when I am put through to the automated oayment section. I have left a number to be called back on but they dont call back on it and I have to call again and repeat the same process over. 

 

I cant pay online due to the phone being disconnected. I dont know what other options I have at this point.
