I made my O2 account over a week ago and received my sim card not that long ago. I went onto the app to set up my sim card and it is saying My O2 isn’t available to me yet.

The App is flakey to say the least
Lots of complaints about this
Can you use https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin?
If so delete the App and reboot the phone before reinstalling.
