Hello, I keep getting taken £12 every month for “airtime” where i am meant to have illimited texts, calls etc? Why??

Because there is a contract in your name.

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 who will explain for you.
Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

The airtime charge is what you pay to get the unlimited calls @DARJ
