How to upgrade two devices at once?

Hello everyone,

I've got one single contract with two devices and two numbers. They're both iPhone 8 Plus, but we want to upgrade for a better one, as we're already eligible.

Well, I've been trying on both MyO2 website and app, but they will only allow me to upgrade one by one of those two devices. Problem is I will end up paying much more than necessary for a plan because right now it's only one Airtime Bill for both numbers + 2x Monthly Device Plan.

Upgrading separately as they're asking it will be two Airtime Bills, instead of one.

Sorry If I wasn't clear enough. Can anyone help me, please?

Kind regards,
Durr

@Durr

You can't have one airtime plan across two devices.

Each device needs it's own airtime plan.

Your separate airtime plans must be combined into one bill (as mine are) so I only pay one bill but its two bills together.
