How to transfer my giffgaff number to a new O2 sim

I want to order a new O2 sim (new member) and i want to transfer my old giffgaff number to the new O2 sim. I have the PAC

Can you please tell me step by step guided instructions?

Can I recommend that you 

• Get an O2 SIM (PAYG, Rolling or Contract)
• Install MyO2 app on your phone, And Create an account
• Visit visit https://o2.co.uk/keep-your-number-form
