O2 seems unnecessarily complicated. Takes me half an hour to do anything including finding these boards. Always go round in circles forever signing into things and can never find anything. Every step is whole big question and answer. My next question...
Apparently I've earned a monetary reward which I need to save or lose. Yet it doesn't tell you how to save them. There's no save button or option. There's only a spend option. And depending on what screen I'm in j have the rewards and in others it doesn't show.

Thank you I'll try again. Was looking at the APP on my phone and logged into rewards but there's no option to save any rewards even though it kept on telling me to save them. Think I have a day or two to do so before I lose them but never mind.

It looks like you can only save your rewards once. Next time I’ll wait until the day before they expire.

I don't have access to the internet on my phone nor do I want it. I just want to make phone calls and send texts. Old fashioned but I'm not interested in the internet on my phone. So that probably means I can't receive rewards. Unless I can download it onto my home PC - which is not connected to my phone.

Hi, I'm Lucia. This has happened to me as well and I am tired trying to find my way around as well. There used to be a straightforward 'Save' button, but it's not there anymore. A new unnecessary stress in life - take note, O2!
