I have been going around in circles for 2 hours is there a direct number I can call I have Dementia and using chat bots just doesnt work please please help I have all 4 Services with you but if i cant get help when i need it i will soon be leaving. My account is a former employee account i worked for Virgin from the days of NTL and have had services since then. I may well not have them long
