How i can top up my sim card outside uk?

Hello,

I have an issue with top up, for some reason the card payment is not working it show me wrong address or can't find address, so I buy a voucher code to use to top up my Sim card.

But the 4444 calling is not working and I don't know how I can enter the voucher to top up the sim

Make note of the Mobile Top up number at the bottom of the guide.

It works if people are abroad and having issues topping up.

To use your voucher abroad you need to call +44 8456 062 277

i try all what is mentioned, i even try to pay with my UK card but again not working.
its says to try another card, and i use 3 card but same issue.

The card has to be registered by O2 before you can use it to top up. In the guide I posted above it states this....

If you're in a direct dial country, you can call the O2 Top-Up line for free by:

• Calling 4444
• Using Hotkey 3 on your Pay & Go mobile
• Calling +441753 552 277 from any phone
• Calling 03456 062 277 from any landline

If you're topping up from a country that doesn't allow direct dialling, enter *111*# then press the call button. Your mobile will go on standby for a few seconds before it rings.

Answer the call and follow the instructions to access the Top-Up line by dialling 4444#.

i try all of these methods.

never been in UK, but i do have a business online in UK and i have my SIM card from O2 which i use to get my sms but now i need to get some calls for verification and need to be through my registered number in system so i been told that i need to top up the number to use it for calling or getting call,

i give the voucher to my friend and he send the credit to my phone.
