Hi. I just started to use O2 this month. My plan is £15 per month rolling plan.
I paid last Friday but I can't see the invoice/bill anywhere in my O2 page.
I'm calling the help desk and waiting for more than 1 hour but it hasn't been solved yet. I talked with someone but he wasn't the right person. He just suggested a different plan....

If this is P&G then you won't see a bill in My o2
If you are pay monthly you will see last month bill showing as paid unless the payment was late and then you need to wait for the payment to clear your bank before My O2 is updated
