I was asked to download the app so I could have tickets sent to me for next Thursday, I've had notification that the app is set up and gained access once or twice but not is saying I don't have access and this can take 48hrs, however I downloaded it and have had access over a week ago, can anyone help please.

Over the last week there have been problems with the My O2 app. O2 are aware and are working on it. You may need the help of O2 to reset your account.
