I have just purchased a phone on contract and it came with a free TV however I haven't had any information about the TV since purchasing the phone I was just wondering if anybody could give me some advice because it was one of the main reasons that made me want to get the phone

I have been waiting 5 weeks now other than automated acknowledgement of the claim with my reference number I have had no other info about it . will wait and see
