I'm getting angry now. Where on earth do i find on this damn website where to request a phone replacement? I bought my phone through o2 online and I can see they have my handset bill. The charging port won't charge after 5 charger swaps. I've been having this same trouble for a handful of months now. I need to request a replacement phone. Where on this website do I put my request in. I'm playing silly Buggers on a goose chase to find it. 😡

You will have to have yours repaired as replacements are only provided within the first 28 days.

@Lisalisa You need to speak to customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
You can also reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
