If you change tariff mid contract then yes, subject to the terms of the extra as some dont allow you to keep them if you downgrade tariff.

If upgrading, then you have to start again
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
