Hello,
I recently renewed my contract, and got offered a free extra of my choice for 3 months.
I picked Disney+, and manged to create an account, and view content there.
However, in MyO2, I can see that I still have this extra "available to redeem".
As a consequence, I cannot manage my subscription.
I would like NOT to renew this extra past the free period of 3 months.
Can you please help?

If that doesn't help then you will need to contact O2.

It won't change to enable you to manage it until after 28 days.
