How do I change my plastic sim to an e sim

There are 3 possible ways @Safi 

First visit your local o2 store with some photo ID - you will get an eSim pack immediately and can swap over either in store or when you want.

Second you can ask customer services, either by phone or using social media, to send you one in the post. Be aware that you may end up swapped to the eSim by customer services so might be offline until it arrives.

Third you may be able to get one in your My o2 if you are on o2's "new" customer platform called 360. See if you have the option after you log in.

This is all assuming you are a pay monthly customer, as eSim is not available on pay as you go.

Call 202 or 0344 809 202 if you are on contract, or 4445 is pay as you go.

Best time to call is 8am UK time.

Alternatively you can call 0800 902 0217 using Skype for free.
