Every time i try to log in into my o2 account ans i insert my number, it sais that the number is assosiated with anoter email, althought its fisically impossible because i only use one email and i used my previous virgin media account to buy this number.
plus i receive emails from my number to the email i use to log in.

If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version
https://accounts.o2.co.uk/signin
If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
If none of that works then
