I received an email yesterday 24.06.24 regarding Disney Subscription.
Since purchasing the new phone some time ago, whilst the assistant told me I had access to Disney for six months, I never availed myself of this service and certainly DO NOT WANT IT.
Looking at my bill there seems to be a charge of £7.99 for this service, which I do not want to be invoiced for, can you remove it from my bill.
