I want to inform you that I received an email yesterday regarding an outstanding payment as a final bill, which pertains to the airtime bill of £7.90. The email cited the account number as *********. I regret to inform you that I have been unable to locate this information in my O2 account. I would appreciate any assistance you could offer in resolving this matter.
