I have the same issue.
I joined O2 Thursday and have never managed to view my account properly, I can see my monthly charge but cannot get to any other info withoout getting error 500 something went wrong.
App doesnt work and cannot reach anyone at customer services via phone or social media.
All I want to do is add disney plus and O2 priority and cannot do either.
Be great to get Disney plus while the kids are on lockdown (and for me obvs!)

Have you tried via the website? Mine is working ok via that route.

I have tried different browsers and different devices and always get error 500.
Getting hold of anyone at o2 is impossible.

Holiday weekend so O2 were closed yesterday, and open only from 10am today, @jimmyjamesh.
Sounds like your account setup needs help on the O2 side if both app and Web versions are giving you the same error. A call to O2 after 10am today may help, info here:

Support team response has been severely disrupted due to COVID-19, @jimmyjamesh - it took 40+mins on-hold a couple of weeks ago for me to get through, but they were very helpful when someone did take my queued call.
And the reduced Easter schedule started last Friday, as far as I remember - just bad timing that you joined O2 on Maundy Thursday.
Good luck today on the phone, 202 or any in here - some find better response via Skype, if you have it:

Got through on 202 now and guy could not tell me why I cannot access my account
He said try a live chat, just looked for that and it is not up and running.
