Hello, I got Disney+ for 6 months free. My account says it is activated and pay nothing until October. However i don’t have a redemption code even though I requested it. I tried to ask them but they won’t help me, does anyone know what I can do?

I must be honest, when I did it did come up with a page asking for a code but it autofilled for me.

Yeah, mine too but as I had already followed the email link directly to the Disney site it said it had already been redeemed. Point is, you don't get sent a code from anywhere.
