Hello,
I have had three months free Disney+ and have just cancelled it so it doesn't renew after the free period.
On my latest bill (for 23 Nov 23 to 22 Dec 23) there is a £7.99 charge for Disney+. When will this be refunded?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

If you have just cancelled it, then it wont be refunded, as you needed to cancel the plan before the 23rd November to avoid charges, these are the rules set by Disney Plus, and this is how all subscription services like Netflix work and you can use the services till the 22nd December...
