How do I cancel the Disney plus add on please? I don’t need it anymore as my partner already has it installed within our tv package.

Go to your extras in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
Click on the big + sign beneath your extra and then click manage.
Turn off the auto renew switch.

It says "Manage" on the bottom of the badge with a bright green border around it.

If you can't see it, call O2 and ask them to cancel it.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
