I added the six months of free Disney + when I started my new contract a couple of months ago.
As recently as last week I was using it. Now when I use the app on my TV or phone is says I’m not subscribed and need to renew.
Any support on their site says to take this up with O2 but I have no idea how to proceed. I can’t even access the account page on D+ my only options are log out and renew.
