Disney+ Asking for payment details?

Got the 3 months free Disney+ but while I can log in fine and stream on my Roku, on my iPhone (app) when I log in it says "you're only one step away from streaming" and to "complete subscription" by giving payment details. 

 

Same when I try to log in online.  Anyone know what's going on?

Best thing to do, is make sure you are using the same account, as on your Roku.. 

If you are then speak to Disney Plus support as something sounds wrong on your account.

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
