FYI when you want to make a device payment through the app OR browser, the payment returns to the contract payment page not the device. This is a bug on your systems that’s needs solving.

Additional device payments can only be made by calling O2.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
