Hi @Chazzer - if you have purchased already, then it looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Otherwise, generally, the order times quoted on the website are not real-time, unlike, say, Amazon, so be sure to call and get the Sales people to confirm stock before buying (or go to an O2 Shop to buy, they will know if stock of the phone you want is available in-store). Good luck, @Chazzer.
