I have been warned that I only have 28MB data left this month but when I check the usage it says I've only used 282MB of my 500MB allowance. Can you clarify?

Is the warning from your phone? There is a usage meter that many forget to match with their monthly data allowance, leading to false alerts, @Nevthedev
