You may be able to get records of outgoing calls and texts if you ask O2.

14 days is asking a lot of O2 knowing just how quick customer service is to do anything...even if they do anything!

o2 only keep records for 12months , and for anything court related your solicitor will need to contact o2, with a court order.
The link below has all the information required..
https://static-www.o2.co.uk/sites/default/files/2019-03/REVISED%20Subject%20Access%20Request%20Form%...
Also as per ICO rules any SAR has a time of 40 days to be completed.

O2 keep records for much longer than 12 months and 2 years can be accessed in your MyO2 Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

The dates the Op is asking for is over 4 years ago, so they wont get owt out of myo2.... and o2 only need to keep financial records for 7 years..
The Op still isnt getting anything out of o2 for up to 40 days, if he puts in a SAR Request....

I'm aware of that.
The point is that records beyond 12 months exist in MyO2 so your 12 month comment is wrong 🙄
As I said, the only chance is a SAR, the timing of which is out of my control.

SARs are usually much quicker than the max 40 days they state
More like 15-20 working days now, a few clicks of a mouse rather than have someone stood at a printer all day
...aand allowing RM maybe 5 days at present
