DRO

I am applying for a DRO and have been told that the part of my O2 bill for the phone purchase counts as an unsecured loan so has to be included.

I need to know whether there is an early settlement fee which would need to be taken into account.  Can anyone confirm for me?

not sure whether an early settlement fee needs to be included in your DRO. I can tell you that you can pay off your contract early ie the device, then the airtime would cease Guide: Cancelling Your Contract

I don't want to cancel the contract, it's included in my budget already and I want to keep it going,
