Anyone know what o2 are doing for those who can't afford their bill due to the government shutting down businesses.
I'm a chef and now have no idea when I'll have any money income if they are going to be paying 80% of wages.

To update further I did email the CEO. Obviously it is dealt with by a member of staff but I did get the resolution I wanted. I did say that anyone in my position would appreciate them doing the same for them as well and the response was very much that it was only because I had only just taken out the contract, it was sim only and I hadn't really used the phone but I do get the impression that they are trying to help people and making contact higher up may help some who really need it.

Thanks for the advice guys, it's helped us out.
