Hi I have recently been given a refund on my deposit from 3 months prior, I was wondering as to how I can refund the credit from my airtime bill to my bank account

You need to call O2 cs and ask them to pay it back to your bank.

Thanks, I tried earlier but they were unavailable understandably, I was just wondering if there was another solution but I will try again later.
