I am having trouble signing in to my o2, i upgraded my phone last month where i was offered a new tariff but was able to keep my mobile number. However now when i try and sign in it says that i have a buisness account. However checking this it shows no details about bills. I am unable to log on the app aswell

It's definitely a 'trusted' partner. Only option here is to keep calling customer service, this now being 8002
